Initial one hour consult
Details meeting 2 weeks prior to wedding
Unlimited e-mail correspondence
Create and distribute wedding day timeline to vendors
Create vendor contact list
Up to 5 hours of misc. event consultation/coordination that can include: etiquette advice, vendor recommendations, & creative tasks
Organize wedding party and rehearsal
Full use of bridal emergency kit
Oversee vendor check-in and set-up
Set-up and coordinate ceremony and reception
Distribute final vendor payments
Oversee and assist in reception clean up
Transport décor from ceremony to reception if necessary
Secure all personal items (gifts, flowers, décor, lost items, etc..) to be picked up or dropped of at a location convenient for the Bride and Groom
